[ANNOUNCE] CXF Fediz 1.0.1 released

Hi all, Fediz 1.0.1 is available today.  This is mostly a patch release, 
updating documentation and providing more specific sample keystores (not 
for production use, of course!) and clearer examples.  However, a few 
JIRA items were also fixed (see release notes below).
