Well, now that I am a member of a review team....when I log in, and click
the 'Talks' link to review submissions, I get this message:
" Oops, we've had a problem on the server. The web team have been informed
and will be looking into it. "
...any ETA on when this will get fixed.

That sounds like a healthy submissions total.
Please note, I am happy to promote anyone who wants the karma to reviews manager status, so that my absence and/or Nick's never holds the work up too long and you can add reviewers as required. A couple of you who are regularly glued to their email would be helpful.
