Authentication on:
$MY_SQROOT/sqenvcom.sh set TRAFODION_ENABLE_AUTHENTICATION=YES

DCS server STATE is listed as CONNECT_REJECT after a failed authentication attempt.  It remains stuck in that state until the automatic reset time is expired and becomes AVAILABLE again.  When the system is stuck in CONNECT_REJECT state, no authentication is allowed.
