[PR] Encode query and header values in pushState URLs [incubator-ponymail-foal]

rbowen opened a new pull request, #315:

   Search queries containing spaces were not URL-encoded when pushed to browser history, producing URLs with literal spaces that break when shared or pasted. Encode the query segment and all header_* values with encodeURIComponent in search.js and sidebar-calendar.js.
