[roundtable] Sling as an embeddable headless CMS?

From the "crazy ideas" department: the discussion shifted to how to make Sling more accessible...with the GraphQL work that we're doing and if we have a declarative way to generate JSON out of component models, we could create a small embeddable CMS?

What does embeddable mean here? Do we want to plug in into a running
java app as a component?
