[Bug][Simple API] Bullet fonts not added to office:font-face-decls

Hello,

when using a font for bullets not used otherwise in the created 
document, bulltets are rendered incorrectly because the font is not 
declared in <office:font-face-decls>.

Obviously, fonts are registered automatically if used in paragraphs, but 
not if used for bullets.

Hi Peter,

seems indeed like a bug to me. Of course someone else might call it a
missing feature ;)

Can you isolate the problem as a regression test that might be added as a
patch to a new JIRA issue?
This approach turned out to me as the best way to start. By this the
problem is easy reproducable by others and existing comitters will review
and merge your fix instantly with such a test applied.
