Shanedell opened a new issue, #246:

   - For the rc1 release of 1.1.0 the launch wizard is broken and non functional.
   - Notices in the console a language file was not added to the VSIX but is needed. (this could have caused the above issue)

   I would recommend creating two separate issues for these and adding them to the 1.1.0 milestone. That way they can be tracked, fixed, and reviewed in separate PRs.
