Flink Cassandra sink connector doesn't support Apache Cassandra 4.0

Hi Team,

Looks like Flink Cassandra Sink connector is still using datastax driver
v3.0.0 which apparently doesn't support Apache Cassandra 4.0. Is there a
plan to support this update?

If there is no one working on this, can I create a Jira and work on it?

There's already a Jira ticket [1] for this but no one is yet working on it.
We'd welcome it if you would like to pick it up, I can assign it to you.
