   ## Current behavior:
   The TM UI doesn't show current bandwidth per interface. It seems to only ever show `N/A`, even though it actually has the per-interface bandwidth data (as shown by the /api/cache-statuses API).

   ## New behavior:
   The TM UI should show current bandwidth per interface rather than `N/A`.
   
   ## Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions:
   Open the TM UI and click on a server.

   should it show current bandwidth even for unmonitored interfaces, or only the ones that are monitored?

   It should probably show current bandwidth even for unmonitored interfaces. It's useful information for an operator even if the cache isn't currently configured to have a limit per interface (with `monitor = true`).
