Java example for a "tagged" PDF

Hello everyone, I’m new to PDFBox and I was wondering if anyone has every generated a “tagged” PDF from scratch using PDFBox in Java. Essentially I need to create Accessible PDFs on the fly with very limited content.

A code sample would be much appreciated
