[jira] [Created] (INFRA-9254) Changing mail forwarding address on id.apache.org did not resulted in forwarding emails to the right address

Jarek Jarcec Cecho created INFRA-9254:
-----------------------------------------

Summary: Changing mail forwarding address on id.apache.org did not resulted in forwarding emails to the right address
                 Key: INFRA-9254
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-9254
             Project: Infrastructure
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Jarek Jarcec Cecho

I've recently reconfigured my account on id.apache.org to forward my emails to a different address. However I don't see new emails being forward to the new address.

When I look at my account on people.apache.org, I see .forward and .qmail files with the old email address. Sadly both of the files are owned by root, so I can't change them myself.

Is there any "Refresh" button that I need to click?
