[jira] [Commented] (KUDU-2563) Spark integration should implement scanner keep-alive API

Mike Percy commented on KUDU-2563:
----------------------------------

It appears that we'll have to expose scanner keepalive to the Java API before implementing Spark support, because the only place I see the keepalive API defined is in the C++ client KuduScanner class @ http://kudu.apache.org/releases/1.7.1/cpp-client-api/classkudu_1_1client_1_1KuduScanner.html#aa4a0caf7142880255d7aac1d75f33d21

> The Spark integration should implement the scanner keep-alive API like the Impala scanner does in order to avoid errors related to scanners timing out.
