   @huaxiangsun The  Reusable PoolType may has potential bug and not used any more, So I remove it  in PR [#2208 ](https://github.com/apache/hbase/pull/2208), the allowedPoolTypes in method valueOf prevent use of Reusable PoolType, and can be removed as well
