[jira] [Commented] (CALCITE-3231) Support ARRAY type for SqlDataTypeSpec

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CALCITE-3231?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=16901346#comment-16901346 ]

Julian Hyde commented on CALCITE-3231:
--------------------------------------

It would be nice if the [SQL reference|https://calcite.apache.org/docs/reference.html] had the syntax for 'type'. We currently have 'CAST(expression AS type)' but we don't define 'type'.
