AIR 30 Entitlements Issue Still Exists?

Hey all:

Just updated to AIR 30 using the ant install technique and I'm getting an installer error in the iOS Console:

Same code as was working with AIR 27. Seems the AIR 30 update didn't fix the beta-reports entitlement issue? Or did something else change?
