During service deletes, occasionally the YARN config changes and ATS stops.

ATS started up fine after changing the value of to 
*yarn.timeline-service.entity-group-fs-store.group-id-plugin-classpath*
to
*/usr/hdp/2.5.0.0-1009/spark/hdpLib/**
