HTTP Status 404

Thank you for good explanation.
Now Tomcat starts ok, but when I try to connect localhost:8080 - it show
error:
-------------
HTTP Status 404 - /
The requested resource (/) is not available.
-------------
How can I fix it? What's the problem?
