Maven keep on download
I tried to re-build the jetspeed2 from cvs.
but, it keep on "Attempting to download pluto-1.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar." which is
already downloaded in previous attempt.
How to tell maven to attempt to download it again?

maven will always try to download SNAPSHOT libraries. you can tell maven
to work in offline modus with the switch -o to prevent downloading. make
sure you habe everything you need in your local repository.
