[users@httpd] Apache on COBALT RAQ 2

I have a Raq 2. it has a mips chip.
I have been told that it needs to be specially configured.
I had it done once before by someone else.
THen I did a security upgrade and it reverted it back to the old apache.
I had upgraded it for php and mysql use.
So anyone done this or have a good link for a idiot like myself.
