attributeGroup wsdl2java issue

Hi, 

I've come across a wsdl2java issue where no code is generated when 
attributeGroups are used.

Firstly, is this the same issue as ..

http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=24589

It looks similar. Should I bother reporting this? 

There is a discussion thread that touches on this issue here --

but comes to no resolution.

i'd say add your 2 cents about the problem AND add your wsdl that can be used to recreate the
problem. A patch or a description of what you think axis' should generate.
