Apologies, I had a bad mail filter

I was beginning to wonder if I was missing something as I didn't see  
very much e-mail on the dev list.  I periodically saw some posts but  
not much at all.  I tracked down the culprit and I had a problem with  
one of my mail filters was picking up most of the e-mail for vcl-dev  
and not putting them in the folder I was expecting.  All that to say,  
my filter is fixed and I'll catch up on my e-mail.
