serializable tx prepare future

Hi all !
In GridNearTxLocal while preparing phase in optimistic mode :
*org.apache.ignite.internal.processors.cache.distributed.near.GridNearTxLocal#prepareNearTxLocal*
 we check serializable() and create
GridNearOptimisticSerializableTxPrepareFuture
What is the point of serializable future ?
