[ANNOUNCE] Release of Apache Drill 1.1.0

It is my pleasure to announce the release of Apache Drill 1.1.0.  This
release continues the iterative releases of the Apache Drill 1.0 line,
focused on production query workloads on Hadoop and non-relational
datastores.   It includes a number of great new features and enhancements.
