[PR] refactor PDType1FontEmbedder constructor [pdfbox]

An instance of PfbParser will be created within the Type1Font.createWithPFB method. Therefore, in the current code, we have two instances of this type. Additionally, we can avoid usage of the PfbStream.readAllBytes method.
