Apache and PHP does not startup

Summary: Apache and PHP does not startup
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.40
          Platform: PC
               URL: http://mwhessel.xs4all.nl/
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Major
          Priority: Other
         Component: Other Modules
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: mwpage@xs4all.nl

After Apache v2.0.36, PHP does not work! There are no error's reported in the
Apache or PHP error logs.
Apache does not start.
When removing the "LoadModule php4_module C:/progra~1/php/sapi/php4apache2.dll"
line Apache starts correctly (without PHP of course).
I can not determ or this is an Apache or PHP bug (made in PHP and Apache an bug
report).
Apache v2.0.36 and PHP v4.2.1 does work correctly. when upgraden to a newer
version og Apache or PHP (or both) it does not work :(
