Shenghao Fang resolved GERONIMO-6163.

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: 3.0

Changes committed to trunk at rev. 1175646.

The user behavior is changed a little after the fix.
Now the user is required to restart the server instead of the Openejb configuration since only restarting the configuration is not recommended and will result in unknown errors.
