new methods in session-class.tcl

I'm committing to trunk a session-class.tcl offering two new methods

 1) load - Method 'load' accepts as a single argument a package name and
returns a dictionary storing the key-data pairs for a given package name
and session

 2) clear - Method 'clear' accept either one or two arguments. With one
argument (package name) clears all the lines associated to a given
package and session. When given 2 args (package and key) it deletes the
corresponding line for that session
