First, please note that this is no bug or request but a support question. For
those we have different channels (see
"http://support.openoffice.org/index.html"), but not this issue tracker.

Have you also deleted the user installation in "c:\application
data\(user_name)\openoffice.org\" (or similar) as you've reinstalled the
office? If not, please try this again. Maybe broken configuration data is
causing this problem.
