Issues with 1.2 release
tar on my Mac (10.5.5) seems to moan about training blocks:
tar zxf ~/Downloads/apache-continuum-1.2-bin.tar.gz
tar: A lone zero block at 67776
md5 ~/Downloads/apache-continuum-1.2-bin.tar.gz
MD5 (/Users/buckett/Downloads/apache-continuum-1.2-bin.tar.gz) =
333a3683c5f6750758c7391af871cbec
tar --version
tar (GNU tar) 1.15.1
although it seems to unpack fine.
When I try to add a maven 2 project through uploading a pom from my
local file system it fails with:
POM file does not exist. Either the POM you specified or one of its
modules does not exist.
and in the logs:

however if I add this file by supplying it at a URL it works fine
(https://svn.oucs.ox.ac.uk/projects/vle/sakai/root-webapp/trunk/pom.xml).
Here I am running Continuum 1.2 on a Mac with JDK 1.6

Hi,
I have actually encountered this error, though sometimes I can successfully
upload a pom file.
We have the same conclusion that it's the FileUploadInterceptor that's
deleting the uploaded file.
Thanks,

No, I don't think so. But why would the same pom.xml work when
downloaded from a URL but not work when uploaded through a web
browser?

Hi,
I have tested the upload file mode and didn't find issues.
Is the parent pom available in a repository declared in your settings.xml ?
