mod_jk2 + tomcat 5.0 stucks on IIS

I have installed mod_jk2 to connect tomcat 5.0 and IIS 5.0.

Everything appears to be correct but it doesn't work - of course since I am posting this :)

When I try to open a tomcat served page, IE waits it for long time and can't open the page. Pointing to any page else, IIS serves it as expected.

Tomcat log is
