[~junrao] Existing schemas already support `flexibleVersions` in the schemas [RemoteLogSegmentMetadata|https://github.com/apache/kafka/blob/trunk/storage/src/main/resources/message/RemoteLogSegmentMetadata.json#L21] , [RemoteLogSegmentMetadataUpdate|https://github.com/apache/kafka/blob/trunk/storage/src/main/resources/message/RemoteLogSegmentMetadataUpdate.json#L21] and [RemotePartitionDeleteMetadata|https://github.com/apache/kafka/blob/trunk/storage/src/main/resources/message/RemotePartitionDeleteMetadata.json#L21]. Pl let me know if we need to add more related to flexible version.
