   See #284 and #300.
   
   This fixes the formatting of all conceptual "namespace" documents for:
   
   - The remainder of Lucene.Net (core)
   - The remainder of Lucene.Net.Analysis.Common
   - Lucene.Net.ICU
   
   This also fixes linking from the main API page to the Lucene.Net.Codecs module.
   
   The "API" breadcrumb link was also fixed so it gets updated along with the TOC when running `docs.ps1`.
