The FOP repository contains a sRGB icc profile with a problematic license. According to https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=52704 it shouldn't be part of FOP anymore, but it is still there/there again.

We at PDFBox used the same profile copied from your repository and replaced it recently with one using a suitable license, see PDFBOX-3571.
