Solr upgrade patch

Hi, guys,

I created a preliminary patch (
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BIGTOP-2869) to upgrade Solr to 6.6.0.
This patch enables build Solr 6.6.0 and create deb package.
Could you pls help to review?

Hi Jun,

Yes. If someone is willing to maintain it. We're more than happy to keep it.
However, one question is are you willing to provide solution for deployment
and smoke test as well?

We all know that having RPM/DEB packages does not mean the solution is
ready. We should have package + deployment + smoke test as a whole to make
sure it's actually working. It does not mean that we need to have them all
in one giant patch, but if we decide to keep it, then the rest should be
provided at some point.
