velocity problem with jetty 6.1.1

i run my application with tomcat 6.x or jboss 4.x
it's work fine.
i'm use struts 2.0.8
but when i test with jetty 6.1.1
there is some velocity problem.
the applcation run ok, but there is error message in my console
