   Travis checks whether all code complies with code formatting. If not, the build will fail - can you confirm?
   
   If yes, it would be pretty inconvenient to wait for a Travis build just to learn that code formatting rules need to be applied. For this reason, we need something like a pre-commit hook that runs code formatting automatically including a description how to set up.
