Why carbon UI components available Stratos LB

Hi Devs,

I noticed there are several carbon UI components including carbon web
console available in LB distribution, which makes size of distribution much
larger, can't we remove these unwanted components from the distribution?

Thanks,
Melan

A good point Melan, we could remove the UI components as they are not used

+1. LB should be light weight, and since the configuration happens through
the loadbalancer.conf mostly, we should remove these UI bundles.
