[jira] [Commented] (SPARK-14402) UTF8String.toTitleCase should
return non-first letters in lowercase

Sean Owen commented on SPARK-14402:
-----------------------------------
Title case just means each word starts with an uppercase letter, or at least, that's a reasonable definition and seems to be the intent. "this is NewCo" should become "This Is NewCo" not "This Is Newco", so I don't think it's correct to un-capitalize other chars.

> Current `UTF8String.toTitleCase` implementation changes only the first letter and just copy the other letters: e.g. *sParK* --> *SParK*.
