[jira] [Assigned] (QPID-4361) Add introduction, installation guide and getting started docbook for Java Broker

Robbie Gemmell reassigned QPID-4361:

Assignee: Keith Wall (was: Robbie Gemmell)

Hi Keith,

Looks good in general. I made a couple of corrections and also some changes to group some of the information a little differently:

Given that the JAVA_HOME environment variable configuration is really part of the JVM installation steps and should have been done already, I moved that to its own section and referenced it as something to check. This makes the install pages less busy and makes the steps seem more like the simple extraction process it really is.

I moved the information about downloading and installing BDB to the new documentation for the BDB stores themselves (QPID-4443), to keep all the BDB related inoformation together. In doing so I added slightly more general 'optional dependencies' sections to the download and install segments.

Can you review my changes please?

Thanks,
Robbie
