手动删除commitlog

hi，guys


记得3.x版本有手动删除commitlog的命令的，4.0好像没有了，请问
1. 有什么办法在磁盘满的时候快速删文件吗，因为broker触发的自动删好像有时候删失败了
2. 自动触发删除的水位百分比可配吗？
