Log:
JAMES-1263 http://www.apache.org/dev/crypto.html asks that a notice about crypto is added to download pages. James distributes several products designed to work with third party cryptographic library. So, added section at the top and then specific bits for each effected product. If anyone knows of any I've missed, please jump in and patch. Please feel free to tweak the visuals in the site.css.
