1.1b2 now public.

b2 is now public.

Interesting side note - I guess Mark was doing some work on index.html 
and named a couple of older versions of that page temporary names, such 
as "index.html.orig" and "index.11.html".  Since my DocumentIndex is 
"index", "index.11.html" got picked up before "index.html".  Now that 
"index.11.html" has been renamed "index11.html", things work.  I'm sure 
this is related to the filename suffix matching, but I wonder why "11" 
was given significance....
