Because that's not how we operate.  If we held a vote for every commit, 
nothing would ever get done.

If you followed the other related threads and commits on this list you would 
have seen that after discussing this, James has removed those files.  
Unfortunately for him, it was too late for the latest build, but all should 
be ok for tonight's build.  The only reason for the failure is because he 
wasn't sure how to add the dependent jar (hence the discussion).

I'm +1 for everyone just getting off of his case about this issue.

It's been discussed, fixed, and now its a dead issue.
