[users@httpd] A Matter of Time

Okay, as I was looking over my access logs for each individual vhost, I
noticed that the time is set to -0500 from GMT, which is WRONG. SSI is
showing correct times and such, but how do I change the log to
accurately reflect CDT (which is -0600 from GMT, unless I'm forgetting
something).

Isn't that Day-Light Savings Time?

I am in -5 most days, but right I am -4 EDT. Therefore CST should be
CDT (-5) now.
