[I] Optimize queryAppInfo SQL and upgrade ozhera-app to 2.2.7-incubating [ozhera]

   1. Remove unnecessary LEFT JOIN in queryAppInfo and queryLatestAppInfo                                                                                                
       - The HeraAppBaseInfoMapper.xml queries used LEFT JOIN on hera_app_excess_info, but since the WHERE clause already filters on columns from that table, the LEFT JOIN
     effectively behaves as an INNER JOIN. Removing it simplifies the query and improves performance.                                                                      
   2. Upgrade ozhera-app module version to 2.2.7-incubating
