Yes, someone else noticed this same problem last week. I took a look at
it and didn't see an immediate solution or why it was being caused. For
some reason either those files are not being built or not being packaged
but I didn't figure out why not.
I'll probably take a look at it again sometime late this next week after I
get back from vacation.
In the meantime, if anyone has a patch or can figure it out then that
would be great.
The problem has probably existed for a while but since I don't use RH 7.3
then I didn't catch it.
I did verify that it is only the RH7.3 subversion-python package. All the
other versions (RH8, RH9, etc.) seem to be fine.
