LDAP Integration and Windows 2003

The subject has come up quite a bit and now there is the facility in 
Lenya to authenticate against LDAP but want I am dying to know is what 
is needed to authenticate against Windows 2003 Active Directory. I.e.  
what configurations are needed given my knowledge on this subject is 
quite limited.

I just wondered if anyone had some good info to share.
