[PR] docs: fix wrong Maven coordinates in Spring integration guide [fesod]

   ## What
   
   The Spring integration guide (read side, English + zh-cn) told users to depend on `org.apache.fesod:fesod` — an artifact that has **never been published to Maven Central** — with a non-resolvable placeholder for the version (`{version.number}` / `版本号`).
   
   Anyone copy-pasting the snippet got a build failure:
   
   ```
   Could not find artifact org.apache.fesod:fesod:jar:2.1.0-incubating
   ```
   
   ## Change
   
   | | before | after |
   |---|---|---|
   | artifactId | `fesod` (does not exist) | `fesod-sheet` (published) |
   | version | `{version.number}` / `版本号` | `2.1.0-incubating` (current release per Central metadata) |
   
   The corrected coordinates match what the [quickstart guide](https://fesod.apache.org/docs/quickstart/guide) and README already use. Published artifacts under `org.apache.fesod`: fesod-bom, fesod-common, fesod-parent, fesod-shaded, fesod-sheet (+ examples) — verified on Maven Central.
   
   ## Scope
   
   Two files, four lines:
   - `website/docs/sheet/read/spring.md`
   - `website/i18n/zh-cn/docusaurus-plugin-content-docs/current/sheet/read/spring.md`
   
   The write-side Spring pages contain no Maven snippet; the 2.0.1 release blog posts also reference the non-existent `fesod` artifact but are left untouched as historical announcements.
