   I took a quick look through the code and didn't see anywhere in the agent that passes what partition changed for a given resource. For example, if I have a cluster resource with 10 partitions and on my node 5 of those partitions changed I would get a notification for something like
   
   SLAVE->MASTER as the transition, but I'd get that 5 times without any idea of what partitions actually transitioned. Right now I'm just using it as a signal to refresh from external view. 
   
   Is there a better approach that I might not being seeing with the agent?
