Use of cryptography in ACE

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

Hi peeps,

I've spent the last couple of weeks on the development of a simple
authentication layer for ACE, which also provides the ability for
using 2-way SSL certificates as authentication mechanism.

Having read [1], I understand that we need to inform users about the
possible use of cryptographic libraries in ACE, and go through some
hoops in order to get proper legal back up for this.

Anybody an idea how to proceed on this? Should we simply drop a line
to the legal-discuss list on this?
